  1. Lead and manage building management system projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to effectively manage project resources and track progress.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
  4. Oversee the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of building management systems.

  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to support future business opportunities.
  11. Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices related to building management systems.
  12. Mentor and train junior project managers and team members to support their professional development.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and quality standards.
  14. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Construction Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Managing Bms Projects In A Commercial Or Industrial Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Building Automation Systems, Including Schneider Electric's Ecostruxure Platform.

  • Project Management Certification Such As Pmp Or Prince2.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
