Job Description

Schneider Electric is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Security Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will bring a passion for technology and digital security, as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills. They will have the opportunity to work with our experienced security team to help protect Schneider Electric’s digital assets. If you are interested in joining a highly collaborative team and making an immediate impact on our security efforts, then this is the opportunity for you.The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, as well as at least one year of experience in a security-related role. Knowledge of leading cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and CIS is a plus. The ability to work well both independently and in a team setting is essential. Additionally, candidates should have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of emerging security threats.

Responsibilities:

Assist the security team in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating digital security risks.
Monitor security systems for potential threats and vulnerabilities.
Develop and implement security standards and procedures.
Conduct security audits and assessments of Schneider Electric’s digital assets.
Assist with the development and implementation of security policies and processes.
Analyze trends in security threats and recommend strategies for protecting digital assets.
Research and stay up to date on emerging security threats and solutions.
Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
