Learn and understand the various aspects of eCommerce, including online sales, digital marketing, and customer engagement.
Assist in the management and maintenance of our eCommerce platform, ensuring it is up-to-date and functioning properly.
Contribute to the development and execution of eCommerce strategies to drive sales and improve customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of new eCommerce initiatives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the eCommerce industry.
Monitor and report on website traffic, sales, and other key performance indicators.
Assist in the creation and optimization of product listings, descriptions, and images.
Communicate with customers and address any inquiries or issues related to eCommerce.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance eCommerce knowledge and skills.
Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the eCommerce manager.

Job Qualifications

Strong Understanding Of Ecommerce Platforms And Tools: Candidates Should Possess A Solid Understanding Of Ecommerce Platforms And Tools Such As Shopify, Magento, And Woocommerce. They Should Also Have Experience With Payment Gateways, Order Management Systems, And Analytics Tools.
Proficiency In Digital Marketing And Seo: As An Ecommerce Intern, Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing Strategies And Tactics, Including Search Engine Optimization (Seo), Paid Advertising, And Email Marketing. Knowledge Of Google Analytics And Other Marketing Analytics Platforms Is Also Desirable.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: An Ecommerce Intern Will Be Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams Such As Marketing, Sales, And It. Therefore, Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential To Effectively Coordinate And Execute Ecommerce Initiatives.
Analytical Mindset And Data-Driven Decision-Making: The Ideal Candidate For An Ecommerce Internship Should Have A Data-Driven Mindset And The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Data To Make Informed Decisions. Knowledge Of Data Analysis Tools, Such As Excel, Is Also Desirable.
