  1. Provide strategic HR support: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Offer operational HR support: Handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition.
  3. Serve as a point of contact: Act as the main point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related questions, concerns, and issues.
  4. Conduct research and analysis: Stay informed about HR trends and best practices and use this knowledge to make recommendations and improvements to HR processes and policies.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with various departments and teams to identify and address HR needs and challenges.
  6. Ensure compliance: Stay up-to-date with HR laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and external stakeholders to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
  8. Provide coaching and guidance: Offer guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, including employee development, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  9. Maintain HR systems: Oversee and maintain HR systems and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information.
  10. Participate in special projects: Contribute to HR-related projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and training and development programs.

Job Qualifications
