- Provide coaching and guidance: Offer guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, including employee development, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain HR systems: Oversee and maintain HR systems and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information.
- Participate in special projects: Contribute to HR-related projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and training and development programs.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr Consulting, Preferably In A Multinational Corporation.
