Human Resources Generalist
Maintaining positive employee engagement throughout the Plant by focusing on employee activities, employee recognition programs, career development and communication forums. Providing advice concerning matters with employee discipline and conflict resolution. Assisting management with salary planning, job evaluations, performance appraisal systems, and benefits administration. Providing guidance in matters of employment law. Ensuring reporting requirements are completed in areas such as employment and employee separation. Serving as a liaison with the communities or outside agencies regarding HR activities or programs.m
1 – 2 years’ experience in HR
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.
