  1. Manage and maintain the company's IAM federation services, ensuring seamless and secure access to company resources for all users.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues related to federation services.
  3. Implement and maintain IAM federation protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
  4. Monitor and analyze federation traffic and identify any potential security risks or vulnerabilities.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation and processes for IAM federation services.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to IAM federation.
  7. Work closely with the security team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to IAM federation services.
  9. Provide training and support to end-users on federation protocols and processes.
  10. Participate in the planning and implementation of new IAM federation initiatives.
  11. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless integration with third-party systems.
  12. Conduct regular audits and reviews of federation services to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  13. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on the status of federation services.
  14. Continuously improve and optimize IAM federation processes and procedures.
  15. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and issue resolution.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Identity And Access Management (Iam) Protocols And Standards, Including Saml, Oauth, And Openid Connect.

  • Strong Understanding Of Federated Identity Management Concepts, Such As Trust Frameworks And Attribute Mapping.

  • Experience With Implementing And Managing Iam Solutions In Large Enterprise Environments.

  • Proficiency In Configuring And Troubleshooting Iam Systems, Including Identity Provider And Service Provider Configurations.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners To Design And Implement Iam Federations.
