Create engaging and impactful internal communications content for various channels such as email, newsletters, intranet, and social media.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and develop communication strategies.
Monitor and analyze internal communication metrics to track effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Assist in planning and executing internal events, such as town halls and employee recognition programs.
Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to continually improve internal communications strategies.
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to support internal communication initiatives.
Manage the distribution of internal communications materials and ensure timely delivery to all employees.
Support the development and maintenance of company-wide communication policies and guidelines.
Assist in creating and maintaining an internal content calendar to ensure timely and consistent communication.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving internal communication processes.
Act as a brand ambassador and ensure all internal communications align with company values and messaging.
Provide support for other internal communication initiatives and projects as needed.
