Conduct thorough and detailed inspections of all incoming, in-process, and outgoing products to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
Utilize various testing methods and equipment to identify any defects or deviations from specifications.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all inspections and test results.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve any quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Monitor and report on product quality trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance in all quality control processes.
Train and mentor new quality control team members on inspection procedures and standards.
Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors to address any quality concerns and ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.
Participate in product development and improvement initiatives to ensure quality is considered at all stages.
Continuously evaluate and improve quality control procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
