Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Associate to join our team at Schneider Electric. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for assembling and testing a variety of electrical products in accordance with company standards. Assemble and test various electrical products according to company standards.
Ensure all products meet quality control standards before being packaged and shipped.
Follow production schedules and meet daily production quotas.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure a smooth production process.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Participate in training sessions and continuously develop skills to improve production processes.
Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements.
Keep accurate records of production data and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or excess materials.

Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of projects.

Job Qualifications

Knowledge Of Production Processes And Equipment: A Production Associate At Schneider Electric Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Production Processes And Be Familiar With The Equipment Used In The Manufacturing Of Electrical Products. This Includes Knowledge Of Machine Operation, Troubleshooting, And Maintenance.
Attention To Detail: As A Production Associate, It Is Important To Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure That All Products Are Produced To The Highest Quality Standards.
