  1. Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards set by the company.

  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all inspections and quality control activities.

  9. Train and mentor new quality team members on inspection procedures and quality control processes.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for quality issues.
  11. Continuously monitor and evaluate quality control processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  12. Communicate with customers to address any quality concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
  13. Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and guidelines.
  14. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing quality control activities.
  15. Participate in regular meetings and provide updates on quality control activities and findings.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Quality Control Processes And Standards: A Quality Associate - Inspector Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Quality Control Procedures And Standards, Including Iso 9001 And Six Sigma Methodologies.

  • Attention To Detail: As An Inspector, It Is Crucial To Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Identify Any Potential Issues Or Defects In Products Or Processes. This Requires A High Level Of Accuracy And Precision.

  • Experience With Quality Inspection Tools And Equipment: The Ability To Effectively Use And Interpret Results From Various Quality Inspection Tools And Equipment Such As Calipers, Micrometers, And Gauges Is Essential For This Role.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Quality Associates - Inspectors Need To Communicate Effectively With Various Teams, Including Production, Engineering, And Quality Assurance. They Must Be Able To Clearly Convey Any Quality Issues Or Concerns And Work Collaboratively To Resolve Them.

  • Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills: A Successful Quality Associate - Inspector Should Possess Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills To Identify And Resolve Quality Issues And Implement Process Improvements. This May Involve Analyzing Data, Investigating Root Causes, And Developing Corrective And Preventive Actions.
