  1. Develop and maintain demand forecasts for products across multiple regions to optimize inventory levels.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to gather insights and data to inform demand forecasting.
  3. Monitor and analyze market trends, customer demand, and inventory levels to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  4. Work closely with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer demand.
  5. Identify and implement process improvements to increase forecast accuracy and improve supply chain efficiency.
  6. Communicate forecast changes and updates to relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and minimize disruptions.
  7. Conduct regular analysis and reporting on demand planning metrics, such as forecast accuracy and inventory turnover.
  8. Proactively identify and address potential supply chain bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in demand planning and supply chain management to continuously improve processes.
  10. Train and mentor junior demand planners to build a strong and effective team.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.
  12. Collaborate with global demand planning teams to share best practices and ensure consistency across regions.
  13. Support sales and operations planning processes to align demand plans with production and inventory plans.
  14. Participate in cross-functional projects to drive continuous improvement and support business growth.
  15. Proactively communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide timely updates on product availability.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • 3-5 Years Of Experience In Demand Planning, Preferably In A Regional Or Global Setting.

  • Proficiency In Supply Chain Software And Forecasting Tools, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Jda.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Decisions.
