We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to join our team and lead our compensation strategy and initiatives. As the Senior Manager of Compensation, you will play a critical role in attracting, retaining, and motivating our employees through the design and implementation of competitive compensation plans.   1. Develop and implement the company's compensation strategy in alignment with Schneider Electric's overall business objectives.
  2. Conduct regular market research and analysis to ensure the company's compensation plans are competitive and in line with industry trends.
  3. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand the company's talent needs and create effective compensation plans to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
  4. Lead the design, development, and implementation of new compensation plans and initiatives, ensuring they are fair, equitable, and compliant with all laws and regulations.
  5. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of existing compensation plans and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
  6. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with external compensation and benefits vendors to ensure the company has access to the latest industry knowledge and best practices.
  7. Provide guidance and support to HR and business leaders on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations, salary reviews, and incentive programs.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and executives, to understand their needs and ensure their buy-in and support for compensation initiatives.
  9. Train and develop the compensation team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to support the company's compensation strategy.
  10. Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and market trends to ensure the company's compensation plans are compliant and competitive.
  11. Communicate and educate employees on the company's compensation philosophy, plans, and initiatives to drive understanding and engagement.
  12. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely budgeting and forecasting of compensation-related expenses.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve compensation processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation matters and provide guidance and support to other HR functions and business leaders as needed.
  15. Lead and participate in special projects and initiatives related to compensation, as assigned by senior leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Compensation And Benefits, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Compensation Principles And Practices, Including Job Evaluation, Salary Structures, And Incentive Plans.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Compensation Strategies That Align With Business Objectives And Drive Employee Engagement.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Influence Key Stakeholders.
