- Oversee the entire contract management process, from drafting and negotiation to execution and review.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and propose strategies for mitigating potential risks in contracts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and legal requirements to ensure compliance in all contracts.
- Monitor contract performance and identify areas for improvement or renegotiation.
- Provide guidance and support to other team members on contract management processes and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as sales, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth and efficient contract management.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, including pricing, delivery, and payment schedules.
- Ensure all contracts are properly documented, organized, and stored for easy retrieval.
- Continuously review and improve contract templates and processes to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Analyze contract data and provide regular reports to senior management on contract performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Act as a point of contact for any contract-related inquiries or disputes.
- Train and mentor junior contract management professionals, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments to inform contract negotiations and strategy.
- Uphold the company's values and promote a positive image of Schneider Electric in all contract-related interactions.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Contract Management, Preferably In A Multinational Company.
Strong Knowledge Of Contract Law And Experience Negotiating Complex Contracts With Customers And Vendors.
Proven Track Record Of Managing A Team And Delivering Results In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders At All Levels.
