Schneider Electric is looking for a passionate and experienced Sustainable and Circular Design Lead to join our team. We are seeking a motivated and creative individual who is able to drive the development of innovative and sustainable solutions that improve the environmental and social impact of our products and services. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the principles of sustainability and circular design, ideally with a background in engineering or product design, and will be able to apply their knowledge to develop strategies and processes that ensure our long-term sustainability.The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well in teams, have a strong attention to detail, and be driven to learn and develop their skills in this field. Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and sustainable solutions that improve the environmental and social impact of products and services

• Lead the development of strategies and processes that ensure long-term sustainability • Research and stay up to date on the principles of sustainability and circular design • Collaborate with teams to ensure successful implementation of sustainable initiatives • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to discuss project progress and results • Monitor and report on the progress of sustainable initiatives • Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot any issues • Identify areas for improvement and recommend innovative solutions • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
