Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute talent management strategies to support the organization’s business goals and objectives.
  2. Develop and implement processes and procedures to support the recruitment, selection, onboarding and retention of talent.
  3. Develop and deliver effective training and development programs to ensure employee competencies and skills are up-to-date.
  4. Perform regular analysis of employee performance and provide guidance and feedback to improve performance.
  5. Create and maintain employee records and confidential information.
  6. Collaborate with other HR professionals to ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  7. Monitor trends in the external labor market and provide guidance on best practices for talent acquisition.
  8. Develop reports and metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external resources to help source qualified talent.
