Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute talent management strategies to support the organization’s business goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to support the recruitment, selection, onboarding and retention of talent.
- Develop and deliver effective training and development programs to ensure employee competencies and skills are up-to-date.
- Perform regular analysis of employee performance and provide guidance and feedback to improve performance.
- Create and maintain employee records and confidential information.
- Collaborate with other HR professionals to ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Monitor trends in the external labor market and provide guidance on best practices for talent acquisition.
- Develop reports and metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external resources to help source qualified talent.
