We are looking for a uniquely talented Vice President of Global Travel & Expense Management to join Schneider Electric and lead our team to success. This individual will be a dedicated leader, responsible for developing and executing our global travel and expense management strategy. The ideal candidate for this role has extensive experience in travel and expense management, particularly in the corporate environment. A successful VP of Travel & Expense Management must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. They must also be a creative thinker and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a global travel and expense management strategy.

• Monitor and analyze travel and expense trends to identify opportunities for cost savings.

• Ensure that all travel and expense policies and procedures are adhered to and updated as necessary.

• Oversee the development of tools and systems to streamline the travel and expense management process.

• Set performance metrics and goals for the global travel and expense management team.

• Serve as a liaison between the finance and travel departments to ensure that travel and expense processes are managed in accordance with company policies.

• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective global travel and expense operations.

• Stay up to date on industry developments and trends to ensure compliance with global regulations.
