Early Childhood Literacy Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver early childhood literacy services to promote reading and writing success among young children.
2. Build and maintain relationships with families and external partners.
3. Assist in creating and implementing literacy initiatives, such as digital literacy applications and platforms, to engage children in reading and learning.
4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful implementation of literacy initiatives and services.
5. Develop and facilitate professional development and training sessions for teachers.
6. Monitor the progress of students and provide support as needed.
7. Collect and analyze data to ensure program effectiveness.
8. Stay current on early childhood literacy research and best practices.
