
Executive Compensation Analyst
Scholastic is searching for an Executive Compensation Analyst to join our Human Resources team. As a key member of the organization, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise and experience to develop and design competitive executive compensation programs to ensure our organization attracts, retains, and motivates top talent.To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in executive compensation and a passion for delivering innovative and creative solutions. We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual who shares our commitment to excellence and is committed to ensuring our executive compensation practices are aligned with our overall corporate objectives.The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a business-related field, CIPP/G certification, and at least three years of experience in executive compensation. Furthermore, we are seeking someone with strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Responsibilities:
- Develop and design competitive executive compensation programs to ensure the organization attracts, retains, and motivates top talent.
- Analyze executive compensation data and metrics to make recommendations on program design and implementation.
- Monitor industry trends and regulations to ensure executive compensation programs remain competitive and compliant.
- Prepare presentations and reports to effectively communicate executive compensation programs to executive management.
- Develop and maintain tools and systems to track and store executive compensation data.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, such as board members, shareholders, and external vendors.
- Lead projects related to executive compensation initiatives, as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to Human Resources and other departments on executive compensation-related issues.
- Ensure executive compensation processes and procedures are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes for executive-level employees.
