
Lead Experience Design Manager
At Scholastic, we are excited to announce a new opportunity for an experienced Lead Experience Design Manager to join our team. We are looking for a highly motivated and innovative individual to lead our experience design team and ensure a superior user experience for our customers.The Lead Experience Design Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing user experience strategies, creating design solutions to improve user experience, and managing the experience design team. We are looking for a creative and proactive leader who will take ownership of the user experience for Scholastic products and services.The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, a strong background in user experience design, and a passion for creating user-focused experiences. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement user experience strategies that are aligned with Scholastic's business goals.
- Create design solutions to improve user experience.
- Lead and manage the experience design team.
- Take ownership of the user experience for Scholastic products and services.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of user experience initiatives.
- Proactively identify and address user experience issues.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of user experience best practices and trends.
- Monitor and analyze user feedback in order to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and other departments to ensure the successful delivery of user experience initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations to effectively communicate design solutions and user experience progress.
