Store Operations Coordinator

As a Store Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing the daily operations of our store. Responsibilities:

1. Manage store operations to ensure the smooth running of the store.

3. Oversee staff, including recruiting, training, and scheduling.
4. Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
5. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
6. Lead sales initiatives and promotional activities.
7. Monitor store performance and create reports for management.
8. Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
9. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
10. Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.

Scotch and Soda is a Dutch fashion retail company. In March 2023 Scotch & Soda was acquired by the U.S. brand management firm Bluestar Alliance. Scotch & Soda was founded as a menswear label in the 1980s. In 2011 Kellwood and Sun Capital bought the company. At the time Scotch & Soda was an international brand. It was sold in over 7,000 shops worldwide, but there were also 30 company-owned and franchised retail stores.
