The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, as well as 3+ years of experience in the equipment engineering field. You should have a comprehensive understanding of mechanical systems and components, and be experienced in the development of equipment. The ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings is a must. You should also have experience in the development of equipment using CAD and/or CAM software. Responsibilities:

1. Design and fabricate equipment to meet customer and organization requirements.
2. Perform detailed analyses of mechanical components and systems.
3. Develop and maintain CAD and/or CAM models of equipment.
4. Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings.
5. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve equipment related issues.
6. Work collaboratively with other personnel and departments to ensure successful design, fabrication, and testing.
7. Ensure all equipment meets safety and quality standards.
8. Monitor and document equipment performance.
9. Create and maintain accurate records and reports.
10. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
