
Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative at Sears, you will be a key part of our team, providing excellent customer service to our customers and ensuring that their needs are met. You will be responsible for helping customers with their inquiries and concerns, resolving customer complaints, and providing accurate information and guidance.The ideal candidate for this role will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to think quickly and calmly in a fast-paced environment.
