Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Sears, you will be a key part of our team, providing excellent customer service to our customers and ensuring that their needs are met. You will be responsible for helping customers with their inquiries and concerns, resolving customer complaints, and providing accurate information and guidance.The ideal candidate for this role will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to think quickly and calmly in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone with an upbeat and positive attitude and a commitment to providing world-class customer service. Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information and guidance.
  3. Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude to ensure excellent customer service.
  4. Utilize strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities to quickly and calmly respond to customer inquiries.
  5. Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas of improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
  7. Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding performance standards.
  8. Follow established company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Assist other customer service representatives as needed.
