As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Sears and the first point of contact for our customers.This position requires an individual with excellent communication skills, a strong customer service focus, and the ability to think quickly on their feet. The successful applicant must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  3. Provide knowledgeable and accurate information about products and services.
  4. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints, inquiries, and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Utilize problem-solving skills to quickly and effectively resolve customer issues.
  6. Maintain customer records and account information.
  7. Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to management.
  8. Stay up to date with product and service information.
  9. Assist with sales and promotional activities.
  10. Track and report customer service statistics.
