Home Improvement Sales Consultant

Sears is looking for an experienced Home Improvement Sales Consultant to join our team and help us provide an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate for this role is knowledgeable in home improvement products and services, and is passionate about helping customers find the perfect solutions for their home improvement projects. This position requires excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with customers in both verbal and written forms. The successful candidate must also have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to work weekends and evenings. Experience in sales and/or home improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service to Sears customers.
2. Maintain knowledge of home improvement products and services to effectively advise customers.
3. Establish strong relationships with customers through excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

5. Utilize sales and home improvement experience to help customers find the perfect solutions for their home improvement projects.
6. Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
7. Ability to work weekends and evenings.
