Loss Prevention Associate

We are looking for an outstanding Loss Prevention Associate to join the team at Sears! As a Loss Prevention Associate, you will be a key player in ensuring the safety of our customers and protecting the assets of our store. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, a strong sense of customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor the store and identify theft and security risks in the store.
2. Patrol the store premises to deter and identify shoplifters.
3. Take appropriate action to prevent and address security breaches.
4. Investigate incidents of theft or loss of merchandise.
5. Intervene in disputes or issues with customers in order to maintain a safe and secure environment.
6. Maintain records of all security-related incidents and activities.
7. Identify and suggest areas of improvement in store security protocols.
8. Follow all company policies and procedures related to loss prevention.
9. Provide excellent customer service in order to create a pleasant shopping experience.
10. Work with other store departments to ensure safety and security of the store.
