Sales Associate

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join the Sears team! As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be providing excellent customer service and building relationships with customers. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on customer's shopping experience by providing helpful assistance and advice.In this role, you should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: • Greet customers warmly and provide helpful assistance and advice • Listen to customer needs and provide accurate information about products and services • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices • Assist customers in finding items and making selections • Demonstrate the use of products and explain their features • Handle payments and operate cash register • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries • Keep the store clean and organized • Help with stocking shelves and other tasks as needed • Follow all safety and security procedures • Work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
