Job Description

Sears is looking for a Service Technician to join our service team and provide excellent customer service. We are looking for a professional candidate who is dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated. The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of appliance repair and be comfortable troubleshooting customer issues. If you are a highly-qualified individual with a passion for servicing and repairing appliances, we want to hear from you!The Service Technician role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in appliance repairs, a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, and must be willing to travel to customer homes and businesses. Additionally, this position requires excellent customer service and communication skills.We are looking for a team-oriented individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service for appliance repair.
  2. Troubleshoot customer issues related to appliance repair.
  3. Travel to customer homes and businesses to service and repair appliances.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  5. Ensure customer satisfaction by working independently and as part of a team.
  6. Maintain valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  7. Utilize a minimum of 3 years of experience in appliance repairs.
