Educator, Associate

We are looking for an enthusiastic Educator, Associate to join the team at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment! This individual will have the opportunity to help educate and inspire guests of all ages by leading educational and interactive programs related to marine life and conservation. Our ideal candidate is a passionate individual with excellent communication skills, a drive to teach, and a commitment to making sure every guest leaves with a memorable experience.The successful applicant must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, or a related field, as well as prior experience in public speaking, presenting, and teaching. A strong understanding of marine life and conservation is also essential. In addition to these qualifications, we are looking for someone who can think on their feet, come up with creative activities, and work well as part of a team. Responsibilities:

-Lead educational and interactive programs related to marine life and conservation -Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests -Ensure a memorable experience for every guest -Create creative and interactive activities -Present and public speak in front of large groups -Work collaboratively with other educators and team members -Assist in the development of educational materials -Stay up to date on new research and advancements in marine life and conservation -Follow all safety protocols and guidelines -Maintain accurate records and reports for programs
