
Entertainment Coordinator
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Entertainment Coordinator to join SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment! Our ideal candidate will be an organized and creative problem-solver who can manage and execute entertainment events and programs. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the success of our entertainment team’s operations, from the creation of events to the coordination of our daily entertainment activities. If you have a background in event planning and a genuine love for the industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be a self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills. You should also have prior experience in event planning or a related field and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate entertainment events and programs to ensure successful operations of the entertainment team.
- Maintain regular communication with members of the entertainment team to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Develop creative solutions for any problems or issues that arise during the planning and execution of events.
- Manage budgets and expenses related to entertainment activities in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of events and programs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Create content and materials to promote entertainment events and programs.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the visibility of entertainment activities and events.
- Remain up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure that events and programs remain engaging and relevant.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all entertainment activities are well-coordinated and executed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
