
Marketing Manager, Social & Content
As a Marketing Manager, Social & Content at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, you will be responsible for driving social media and content strategies that engage and inspire our guests and elevate SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment's reputation as an industry leader. We are looking for a creative, resourceful and passionate individual with a strategic mind and a deep understanding of the digital and social media landscape.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field, as well as 5+ years of experience in social media and content marketing. You should also have extensive experience with digital platforms, analytics and metrics, and a track record of developing successful content strategies. Additionally, you should be able to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to problems, and have the ability to collaborate and work effectively with different teams and stakeholders. Finally, you should be passionate about our mission and have a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media and content strategies that engage and inspire our guests and drive brand awareness.
- Analyze digital platforms, analytics and metrics to inform and optimize strategies.
- Plan, produce, and distribute high-quality content across all digital channels.
- Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on all projects.
- Monitor and respond to consumer comments on social channels.
- Track and report on the success of campaigns and strategies.
- Stay current with the latest trends in digital and social media.
- Provide creative solutions to challenges and problems.
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
