Park Quality Ambassador

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is searching for a Park Quality Ambassador to ensure our guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about creating a positive atmosphere and providing outstanding guest service. The Park Quality Ambassador must be a team player, have excellent communication skills, and enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or equivalent as well as a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from the park. Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus. The Park Quality Ambassador will need to demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The successful candidate will also need to be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities:

1. Ensure guests have a positive and enjoyable experience.
2. Provide outstanding customer service.
3. Work well on a team.

6. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
7. Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from the park.

9. Possess previous experience in a customer service role (preferred).
