Sales Ambassador

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is looking for a dynamic Sales Ambassador to join our team! As a Sales Ambassador, you will have the unique opportunity to help create memorable experiences for our guests while driving sales for our organization. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is passionate about customer service and sales and has a strong commitment to quality. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a self-starter, and have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. A minimum of two years of sales experience and a high school diploma are required.

Responsibilities:

• Promote SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment's products and services to guests
• Greet guests and provide information about the park and attractions
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist with processing sales transactions as needed
• Keep the sales area clean and organized
• Recommend products and services to guests based on their needs
• Upsell and cross-sell products and services to enhance the guest experience
• Monitor sales performance and report results to management
• Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to management
• Work with other departments to ensure customer service excellence
• Follow all safety and operational standards
