Stage Manager

Responsibilities: • Develop and manage the production of live performances, from beginning to end. • Manage the technical and artistic elements of stage production, including lighting, sound, and scenery. • Collaborate with directors, producers, and other creative personnel to ensure the successful execution of each show. • Oversee the budget and ensure that all expenses are kept within the allocated budget. • Recruit, hire, train, and manage stage crew personnel. • Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures. • Troubleshoot and resolve any production difficulties that may arise. • Work closely with vendors to ensure the timely delivery of necessary materials and equipment. • Ensure that all performances are in compliance with local, state, and federal laws. • Monitor and evaluate the quality of performances and provide feedback to performers and other personnel. • Maintain accurate records of all performance-related activities.
