The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of sales or supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and familiarity with See's Candies products. 8. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.
9. Develop and implement promotions and discounts to increase sales.
10. Ensure that all staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
