Sales Associate

We at See's Candies are looking for a passionate, motivated individual to help drive our sales team to success as a Sales Associate. This person will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in making informed decisions, upselling products and inventory management. Our ideal candidate is highly organized and possesses an upbeat personality with a passion for our products and customer service.Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent• At least 1 year of sales experience• Demonstrated ability to upsell and cross-sell products• Excellent communication and customer service skills• Knowledge of inventory management systems• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Point of Sale systems• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment• Ability to lift and move boxes of up to 25 lbs.• Flexibility to work evenings, holidays and weekends when needed

7. Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
8. Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
9. Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and appearance.
10. Assist with store events and promotions.
11. Demonstrate a flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
