<p>Santa Barbara Company is looking for an experienced HR Generalist. The Human Resources Generalist applies basic HR principles and concepts. Answers employee questions and processes request: PTO, Leaves, Worker Comp, Safety, reviews, benefits, and compensation. Maintains personnel file and records.
