
Customer Service Sales & Market Specialist
In partnership with Marketing, Underwriting, and other business partners, designs, develops and executes innovative marketing strategies, communications, and sales campaigns for new and existing agents and consumers utilizing multiple channels and solutions. Recruit and onboard new agents for Client Services, manage additional Client Services growth for existing agents. Develops and produces reporting on our value-added service offerings, welcome call program, upsell/cross sell, and warm leads. Support staff in execution of the department’s strategies and key initiatives. Utilize innovative solutions to support marketing and communication strategies to new and existing agents and consumers. Develop, instill, monitor, and maintain Client Services Sales initiatives across entire center.
Must have a thorough understanding of the insurance business model.
5+ years of marketing, underwriting, or project management experience
