Job Description

Sentinel Technologies is looking for a top-notch Mitel Voice Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deploying and troubleshooting Mitel Voice solutions, with an emphasis on Unified Communications. This position requires strong technical expertise and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be customer-oriented and driven to provide exceptional service to our clients.To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years of experience developing and implementing Mitel Voice solutions, and in-depth knowledge of SIP, VoIP, and TDM technologies. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, deploy, and troubleshoot Mitel Voice solutions with a focus on Unified Communications.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
  3. Utilize SIP, VoIP, and TDM technologies to ensure efficient voice services.
  4. Monitor and maintain system performance and security.
  5. Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry standards.
  6. Assist in the design and implementation of new Voice solutions.
  7. Provide technical support to clients and resolve any technical issues.
  8. Work with other teams to ensure successful deployment of solutions.
  9. Document all processes and procedures.
  10. Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
