Job Description

ServiceMaster is looking for a driven, organized, and detail-oriented Commercial Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and managing various projects related to our commercial services. The ideal candidate should have a diverse skill set, excellent communication, and be comfortable with a fast-paced environment.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience. You should also have a minimum of two years of experience in project coordination or management in a commercial setting. A working knowledge of project management software, as well as strong problem-solving and organizational skills, are also essential.If you are a motivated individual who is eager to take on the challenge of helping us improve the quality of our commercial services, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage various projects related to commercial services.
  2. Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and with a high level of quality.
  3. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  4. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  5. Identify and resolve project issues in a timely manner.
  6. Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and project team members.
  7. Manage project documentation and ensure accuracy.
  8. Develop and implement project plans.
  9. Track project milestones and deliverables.
  10. Utilize project management software to ensure efficient project management.
