Job Description

ServiceMaster is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our team. This role will be an integral part of our marketing efforts by providing insights into our campaigns and customers. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for uncovering data-driven solutions.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, a minimum of two years of relevant experience, and a comprehensive understanding of data analytics and metrics. Knowledge of marketing automation tools and customer segmentation is also essential. You should be highly analytical and possess great problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Collect and analyze data from marketing campaigns to identify trends and insights.
  2. Develop customer segmentation strategies based on analysis of customer data.
  3. Analyze website performance and recommend improvements.
  4. Utilize marketing automation tools to execute campaigns and track results.
  5. Create and present reports to marketing team and other stakeholders.
  6. Monitor industry trends and recommend new strategies.
  7. Evaluate marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
  8. Collaborate with other teams to ensure campaigns are effective and successful.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans.
  10. Remain up-to-date on the latest marketing best practices and technologies.
