Quality and Performance Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality assurance systems and performance standards to ensure that our services are consistently delivered in a professional and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for conducting regular audits and reviews to identify areas of improvement, and provide recommendations and solutions to any issues identified.The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business administration or quality assurance, at least 5 years’ experience in a related role, and a proven track record of successfully managing quality assurance and performance projects. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as a commitment to customer service excellence are essential.
