  1. Develop and manage the business product portfolio for the Legal Operations team, ensuring alignment with overall legal strategy and goals.
  2. Identify and implement effective processes and workflows to drive operational efficiency and streamline legal operations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into product requirements.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  5. Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials.

  7. Lead product launch activities and work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product adoption.

  11. Stay updated on changes in legal regulations and compliance requirements to ensure product compliance.

  13. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to develop strategic partnerships and enhance product offerings.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve product processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on legal operations and provide insights and recommendations to leadership on business strategies and initiatives.
