Intern - Revenue Accountant

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance team as an Intern - Revenue Accountant at ServiceNow. Responsibilities:

1. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including invoice processing, cash flow, and financial reporting.
2. Ensure accuracy of financial records and adherence to U.S. GAAP standards.
3. Analyze financial data and create reports to present to key stakeholders.
4. Develop and maintain spreadsheets and accounting software (Excel, QuickBooks).
5. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
6. Participate in special projects and provide support to the Finance team.
7. Monitor and review financial transactions for compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Identify and resolve discrepancies and financial issues.
9. Maintain accurate records and documents for audit preparation.
10. Monitor and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
