  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute test strategies and plans for machine learning features.
  3. Analyze and interpret data to identify potential issues and areas for improvement in machine learning models.
  4. Conduct thorough and comprehensive testing of machine learning algorithms, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
  5. Identify and report any defects or issues to the development team, providing detailed and actionable feedback.
  6. Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve any issues found during testing.
  7. Develop and maintain automated testing scripts for machine learning features.
  8. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in machine learning and quality assurance.
  9. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code changes related to machine learning.
  10. Communicate test results and progress to stakeholders, including project managers and product owners.
  11. Continuously seek ways to improve the quality and efficiency of testing processes.
  12. Mentor and train other team members on machine learning testing techniques and best practices.
  13. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure seamless integration of machine learning algorithms into the platform.
  14. Help drive the overall quality and reliability of the ServiceNow platform by providing valuable insights and recommendations based on testing results.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Data Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Software Quality Assurance, With A Focus On Machine Learning And Data-Driven Applications.

  • Strong Understanding Of Machine Learning Principles And Techniques, Including Data Preprocessing, Feature Selection, Model Evaluation, And Hyperparameter Tuning.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Python, R, And Sql, As Well As Experience With Machine Learning Libraries And Frameworks (E.g. Tensorflow, Scikit-Learn).

  • Experience With Testing Tools And Methodologies, Including Test Automation, Regression Testing, And Performance Testing.
