Job Description

Meet with homebuyers either in person or by phone to complete loan applications and review loan programs. Discuss pre-qualifications and program option with Borrowers. Attend weekly backlog meetings to review loan status and build strong, high trust relationships. Proactively communicate with Borrowers. Input complete and accurate loan applications in the system. • Lock Customers and communicate rates effectively. Attend sales meeting and pre-construction meetings. Create and manage high trust relationships with the homebuilder and operations partners. The Loan Originator needs to be self-motivated and driven to help the homebuilder sell and close more homes and the branch to succeed in meeting all established goals.

Job Qualifications

1-3 years MLO experience with homebuilder background preferred
Proven track record in providing exceptional service and problem-solving in a positive manner to internal and external customers.
Encompass and Blend systems experience preferred
