Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Human Resources team as a HR Reporting Co-Op at Sherwin-Williams. This role requires an individual who is comfortable working independently, yet able to collaborate within a team setting. In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and presenting complex data, while interpreting the data to provide meaningful insights into the organization.The ideal candidate should possess strong technical and analytical skills, with an aptitude for problem solving, and a commitment to accuracy and quality. The successful candidate should also possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Above all, the selected individual must demonstrate a passion for data and analytics and be eager to learn and grow in the role.Required qualifications for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel and Access is also required.
