Job Description

The BDM should develop account development plans (market analysis and definition of strategic objectives, transparency through acquisition of projects in the CRM tool. Successful candidate will be responsible for the technical support for the customer in terms of the products and their integration into power supply systems, support for prequalification processes at the Key and Focus Accounts. This includes, but not limited to, the ability to: proactively plan, create demand, influence specifications, get Siemens MV products in approved customer list, in target & penetrate accounts, drive promotional activities, work and sell collaboratively, create budget proposals, manage an opportunity pipeline, conduct training, perform customer presentations, as well as handle numerous other business development and sales related activities.

Job Qualifications
  • 5 to 10 years of business development / sales experience in the Data center and semiconductor verticals

  • Intense product knowledge of MV Switchgear specially GIS and MV solutions

  • Basic Knowledge of ANSI -NEMA standards. Know-how of IEC standard will be an advantage.

  • Experience with both End User as well as EPC firms

  • Spanish speaking candidates as second language in addition to be fluent in English language shall be preferred
