  1. Oversee the maintenance and management of all company properties and facilities.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the upkeep and safety of the facilities.
  3. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property and facilities management.
  4. Manage a team of maintenance and janitorial staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  5. Create and manage budgets for facility maintenance and improvements.
  6. Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for repairs and renovations.
  7. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any issues.
  8. Ensure a safe and secure working environment for all employees.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including building owners and property managers.
  10. Collaborate with other departments, such as IT and HR, to ensure facilities meet the needs of the company.
  11. Conduct regular risk assessments and develop contingency plans for emergency situations.
  12. Oversee the implementation of sustainability initiatives within the facilities.
  13. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in facilities and property management.
  14. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility maintenance and repairs.
  15. Provide regular reports to management on facility operations and budget.
  16. Represent the company in a professional manner to clients, visitors, and vendors.
  17. Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  18. Ensure all facilities are in compliance with company standards and branding guidelines.
  19. Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with colleagues and team members.
  20. Uphold the company's values and promote a positive and productive work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Real Estate, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Facilities/Property Management, Preferably In A Corporate Or Industrial Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems And Maintenance Procedures.

  • Experience With Budgeting, Cost Control, And Vendor Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
