
Facilities/Property Manager

- Oversee the maintenance and management of all company properties and facilities.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the upkeep and safety of the facilities.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property and facilities management.
- Manage a team of maintenance and janitorial staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Create and manage budgets for facility maintenance and improvements.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for repairs and renovations.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any issues.
- Ensure a safe and secure working environment for all employees.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including building owners and property managers.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as IT and HR, to ensure facilities meet the needs of the company.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and develop contingency plans for emergency situations.
- Oversee the implementation of sustainability initiatives within the facilities.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in facilities and property management.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility maintenance and repairs.
- Provide regular reports to management on facility operations and budget.
- Represent the company in a professional manner to clients, visitors, and vendors.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure all facilities are in compliance with company standards and branding guidelines.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with colleagues and team members.
- Uphold the company's values and promote a positive and productive work culture.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Real Estate, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Facilities/Property Management, Preferably In A Corporate Or Industrial Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems And Maintenance Procedures.
Experience With Budgeting, Cost Control, And Vendor Management.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
