- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Siemens' low touch customer segment and their needs, as well as the products and services offered to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive customer success and retention for the low touch segment.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement in the customer experience, and proactively implement solutions to address any issues.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for low touch customers and handle any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and analyze customer usage and behavior to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop and implement customer success strategies, including onboarding, training, and support processes, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, providing insights and feedback to help improve products and services.
- Create and maintain documentation and training materials for low touch customers to ensure they have the resources and knowledge to effectively utilize Siemens' products and services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer success operations and drive innovation within the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Customer Success Operations, Preferably In A Low Touch Or Self-Service Environment.
Proficiency In Crm Systems, Such As Salesforce, And Data Analysis Tools, Such As Excel Or Tableau.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Trends And Patterns In Customer Data.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Insights To Stakeholders.
