  1. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company.
  2. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other sources to establish a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions and requirements that align with the company's goals and values.
  5. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for open positions.
  6. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting offers to selected candidates.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
  8. Plan and execute recruitment events, such as career fairs and networking events, to promote the company's employer brand.
  9. Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the job market to ensure competitive and effective recruitment strategies.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and hiring progress to stakeholders and management.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline the recruitment process for a better candidate experience and more efficient hiring process.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Recruitment, Preferably In A Large Multinational Company.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Recruitment Strategies, Sourcing Techniques, And Employer Branding.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates And Hiring Managers.

  • Proficiency In Recruitment Technology And Applicant Tracking Systems, With The Ability To Analyze And Report On Recruitment Metrics.
