- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the job market to ensure competitive and effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and hiring progress to stakeholders and management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline the recruitment process for a better candidate experience and more efficient hiring process.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Recruitment, Preferably In A Large Multinational Company.
Strong Knowledge Of Recruitment Strategies, Sourcing Techniques, And Employer Branding.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates And Hiring Managers.
Proficiency In Recruitment Technology And Applicant Tracking Systems, With The Ability To Analyze And Report On Recruitment Metrics.
